Refund Policy

A disclaimer

17785909 Canada Inc.

17785909 Canada Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital services, including website development, design, digital marketing, consulting, and ongoing support. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests.

1. General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the services purchased, the work completed, and any costs already incurred. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, fees for services already performed or delivered are non-refundable.
If your signed service agreement includes specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms take precedence over this policy, subject to applicable law.

2. Project Cancellations and Deposits
You may request cancellation of a project in writing at any time.
If you cancel before work begins, payments will be refunded less any reasonable, previously disclosed costs already incurred with your authorization.
If work has begun, we will deduct the value of services already performed and any authorized, non-recoverable third-party costs from your payments. Any remaining balance will be refunded. We will provide a breakdown of these deductions upon request.
Deposits are applied toward the project total and are subject to the same cancellation terms.

3. Recurring Services
For monthly or recurring services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless your agreement states otherwise. To prevent renewal, written cancellation must be received before the next billing date.
Fees for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable. Choosing not to use an available service does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

4. Digital Products and Third-Party Costs
Downloaded digital products, licensed assets, and delivered custom materials are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where defective, materially different from their description, or otherwise refundable under applicable law.
Authorized third-party purchases, including domains, hosting, software, advertising, and stock assets, are subject to the provider’s refund terms. Any amounts recovered for you will be passed along.

5. Service Issues and Billing Errors
If a service does not materially meet the agreed scope, notify us promptly with details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrections, re-performance, or a partial or full refund reflecting the affected services.
Confirmed duplicate payments, overcharges, and other billing errors will be corrected.

6. Requesting a Refund
Submit your request by replying to your invoice email or contacting the company representative identified in your service agreement. Include:

  • Your name and business name;

  • The invoice number and payment date;

  • The service purchased; and

  • The reason for your request and any supporting information.

We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

7. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights you may have under applicable law.
